Having graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Dentistry in 1995, he started his doctorate study the same year on Periodontology. Known as the treatment of gingival diseases, periodontology is a field of science that involves treatment of all diseases of supporting tissues that maintain teeth position (gingiva, jaw bone, tissues maintaining the position of teeth in the jaw, and neighboring tooth surface).
